Position: Temporary Nursing Professional (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated temporary nursing professional specializing in ventilation and gynecology. In this role, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

Activity: Ventilation

• Setting up, observing, and assessing capnography (transcutaneous CO2).
• Performing and evaluating arterial blood gas analysis (ABG).
• Implementing different therapy settings, ideally across various ventilation modes.
• Starting and stopping Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV).
• Independently adjusting settings based on capnography values (transcutaneous CO2).
• Recognizing acute respiratory situations and initiating NIV without physician intervention.
• Assessing device data from the night and deriving appropriate therapy changes/options.

Activity: Gynecology

• Providing care in the gynecological ward, bringing initial nursing experience in gynecology.

In this role, you will work independently and competently with all diagnostic devices, delivering comprehensive care to patients. Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts is essential.

Employment Details:

• Work Percentage: 80 – 100%
• Start Date: By agreement
• Location: Eastern Switzerland
