Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide medical and therapeutic care to young patients facing psychiatric disorders.
• Engage in project and lean management efforts.
• Coordinate and plan treatment strategies, taking on leadership responsibilities.
• Organize follow-up treatments post-discharge, whether internal or external.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you should have:

• Completed training as a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH) or an equivalent EU diploma.
• Initial professional experience as a senior physician.
• Leadership experience is advantageous.
• A highly systematic and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent German language skills, with native proficiency or at least C1 level.
