Kandou is seeking a proactive and resourceful Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across various locations. In this pivotal role, you will help identify, engage, and screen exceptional tech talent, contributing to the formation of high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for technical positions (e.g., Software/Hardware engineers, analog engineers, etc.)
- Review CVs and portfolios to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and interest
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs
- Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles
- Stay updated on tech hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology sector
- Basic understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology (e.g., front-end, back-end, analog)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Knowledge of LinkedIn search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience working in a scale-up environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
