Your Role

As a project leader, you will spearhead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team initiatives. Collaborating closely with technical leads and the product team, you will transform new initiatives into comprehensive project plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking progress diligently, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks.
• Establishing a trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders and holding them accountable for their commitments.
• Contributing your hands-on expertise, whether reviewing requirements or implementing straightforward technical solutions when necessary.
• Advancing the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean by sharing your insights and experience.
• Doing whatever it takes to maintain project commitments and get results.

Requirements

• A proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, encompassing financial and technical accountability in ambiguous situations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including collaboration with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience within the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4 etc.).
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• A solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to harmonize strong opinions into a collective goal.
• A data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
