Team Leader (d/f/m)

Your Tasks

You will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of the Electrical Cabinet Assembly team, which comprises approximately 10 employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing team members, enhancing their skills, and ensuring knowledge retention.
• Maintaining high quality standards in assembly operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
• Coordinating assembly orders post-planning phase and ensuring that delivery deadlines and assembly cost targets are consistently met.
• Actively supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating on projects aimed at the continuous development and improvement of the department.

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses the following:

• A completed technical apprenticeship, preferably as an Automation Technician or in a related field, and ideally a qualification in leadership or people management.
• Previous experience in the machine engineering industry is a distinct advantage.
• A solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative professional approach, with a passion for embracing new challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
• Excellent German language skills are essential, while English language skills are considered an asset.
