Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contract - Sleepy Hollow, NY

Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment efforts by managing interview logistics, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Skills & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking, and Onboarding Systems is a plus.
• Proactive time-management skills, a quick learner, and strong follow-through skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with trust and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and complex candidate interview schedules.
• Prepare for virtual and onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and arranging necessary amenities.
• Manage and communicate any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter, and interview team.
• Continuously update HR statuses of candidates and new hires in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist other Talent Acquisition Coordinator team members as needed.

Compensation

$30 to $32 per hour.
