About the Company:

Position Overview: System Engineer
As a System Engineer, you will be pivotal in defining, analyzing, and managing system requirements for our unmanned helicopter projects. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that all requirements align with project objectives and comply with regulatory standards, thereby driving the successful development of our systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clearly define system requirements for unmanned helicopter systems.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Requirements Management: Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to track changes and ensure compliance throughout the system lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, including design, software, and testing, to communicate requirements and ensure effective implementation.
- Verification and Validation: Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure that system requirements are fulfilled through testing and analysis.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in requirements engineering, applying best practices to enhance processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the aerospace or UAV industry; familiarity with flight data analysis is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with excellent technical understanding.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, combined with high social competence and the ability to convey complex information effectively.
