Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement and strategic sourcing strategies to continuously reduce the total cost of ownership while improving quality, standards, and delivery performance of services and products purchased.
- Analyze spend data and trends to recommend and justify strategic sourcing initiatives that meet the needs of SR Technics Switzerland, utilizing data mining tools and marketplace analysis.
- Recommend efficient methods for the formation of strategic sourcing initiatives, evaluating whether recurring purchases are suitable based on analysis and marketplace conditions.
- Negotiate strategic sourcing agreements and manage changes to supplier contracts in accordance with compliance requirements and company policies.
- Utilize negotiation and mediation skills to resolve contractual disputes and determine appropriate resolutions aligned with compliance standards.
- Analyze bid responses to identify the most responsive bidders, optimizing costs and defending contract awards as necessary.
- Collaborate with operational and procurement teams to develop strategic sourcing agreements and monitor supplier performance through various evaluations.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration, or economics is required, with a preference for Supply Chain or Purchasing education.
- Professional experience in a technical environment, preferably within the aviation sector, alongside expertise in Purchasing and Supply Chain management.
- Proven sourcing and contracting experience supported by strong project management skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective relationship management and teamwork, complemented by strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in databases and data handling tools.
- Language proficiency: German (level B2) and English (level C1).
