On is seeking an Integrated Planning Platform Senior Lead Architect (Anaplan) to join our headquarters in Zurich. Your Mission

• Design and architect complex Anaplan models, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with business requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops and facilitate effective interactions between business stakeholders and model builders.
• Review and validate the models developed by the team, providing expert guidance to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support team members in mastering Anaplan best practices and architecture design.
• Collaborate with the Anaplan CoE Lead to ensure operational excellence and alignment with strategic business and technology goals.
• Stay up-to-date with Anaplan developments to deliver industry-leading solutions.
• Document solution designs, architectures, and processes to enhance knowledge transfer across the team.

Your Story

• 7+ years of relevant experience with business processes, data structures, and systems.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or in a similar role, with substantial expertise in designing, developing, and managing Anaplan models.
• A degree or substantial knowledge in supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimization.
• Experience leading strategic architecture and solution design in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner credentials are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
