Job Opportunity: Specialist Doctor in Sports Medicine

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified specialist doctor with a focus on sports medicine to join our larger physiotherapy practice located in the heart of Zurich. Our practice operates across two convenient locations and emphasizes not only outpatient physiotherapy but also outpatient rehabilitation. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including medical training, specialized sports physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage, shockwave therapy, and medical massage.

Position Details

As a Specialist in Orthopedics (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to work independently within our sports medicine consultation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations of patients
• Performing diagnostics and providing counseling and education
• Implementing conservative therapies, including diagnostic and therapeutic infiltrations
• Assessing emergency consultations and collaborating interdisciplinarily with other therapists
• Building a broad orthopedic patient base if desired

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be actively engaged in a diverse range of sports medicine practices and will enjoy collaborating responsibly with sports patients. Preferred qualifications include:

• Additional qualification in sports medicine
• Strong personal commitment and genuine interest in sports
• Team-oriented, independent, and driven personality with a service-oriented mindset
• High social competence and solid medical knowledge
• Ability to independently care for patients
• Flexibility and proficiency in the German language
