Are you passionate about creating authentic tandoori dishes? Do you have what it takes to prepare the best tandoori chicken?

Responsibilities

  • Specialize in preparing tandoori items.
  • Prepare sauces and curry dishes with precision.
  • Skillfully bake breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven).
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
  • Focus on garnishing and presenting food using innovative cooking techniques.
  • Design menus that ensure quality and control portion sizes.
  • Proficiently operate Tandoori-BBQ specialty equipment.
  • Develop new menu options based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Assist in the preparation and planning of meal designs.
  • Recruit and train new kitchen staff to meet our restaurant and kitchen standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
  • Qualified candidates preferably hold a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
  • A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland is expected.
