How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant in our HR Strategy & Technology practice, you will be a trusted advisor and technical leader on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and HR transformation initiatives. You will:

  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Engagements: Own the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across core HR, talent management, learning, compensation, or analytics modules.
  • Manage Complex Client Relationships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for complex, high-value engagements.
  • Deliver Business Value: Translate client business challenges into innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions that drive measurable outcomes in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive Best Practice Implementation: Leverage your knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to establish best practices, optimize configurations, and ensure successful adoption across client organizations.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Develop insights on HR technology trends, publish thought leadership content, and represent Deloitte at industry events and client forums.
  • Shape Our Practice: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our HR SAP SuccessFactors practice in Switzerland, helping us stay at the forefront of HR technology innovation.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You possess a University degree, with an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, or equivalent) being a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands-on configuration and deployment.
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Analytics, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and how technology enables HR transformation.
  • You are an incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis, and frameworks, with the ability to structure work and deliver under pressure.
  • A passion for integrating technology, data, and behavioral science into organizational structure and functionality.
  • A genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering value; able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as French is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
