As a Solution Sales professional within the customer care organization for Large Enterprise Customers, you are the driving force behind sustainable customer relationships and tailored solutions that deliver real value. You recognize opportunities, position innovative Data & AI solutions, and guide visionary ideas toward successful closure. Collaborating with our experts, you create data-driven business value, establish yourself as a trusted advisor, and elevate both our customers and Swisscom to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and sale of Data & AI solutions, focusing on Big Data, Data Platforms, and Predictive Analytics.
• Translating complex customer requirements at the management level into commercially viable and technologically compelling proposals.
• Building and maintaining strategic customer relationships within the Swiss enterprise market.
• Leading and participating in large tenders.
• Engaging in active cold acquisition and business development, while co-shaping the go-to-market strategy.

Your Skills

• Degree in Business Informatics, Data & AI or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in selling IT professional services in the Swiss market.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI technologies, ideally with a consulting background.
• Confident communication skills with decision-makers and a passion for building sustainable customer partnerships.
• Knowledge of the public sector, insurance, or banking is advantageous; an existing client network is a plus.
• Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of French is desirable.
