Job Description

As a team leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of the work, ensuring their availability and quality. Monitor and verify the proper execution of the work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
  • Reports and Documentation: Prepare accurate and regular site reports, documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and timely transmission to superiors.
