Job Description
As a team leader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of Work Teams: Lead a team of 4 to 6 workers on-site, guiding and motivating them to achieve established objectives. Ensure effective communication within the team and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordination of Activities: Establish orders for materials necessary for the completion of the work, ensuring their availability and quality. Trace and verify the proper execution of the work, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
- Reports and Documentation: Prepare site reports accurately and regularly, documenting progress, incidents, and resource needs. Manage work orders, ensuring compliance and transmission to superiors.
