Our client is a leader in the medical technology industry, supported by a global network of production facilities, subsidiaries, and distribution partners. To further strengthen their team in Grisons (Graubünden), Switzerland, we are currently seeking a qualified professional to join the organization permanently.

Position: SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer

Workload: 80 – 100%

Your Main Responsibilities

• Further develop, continuously optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Analyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment.
• Support the automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting.
• Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Closely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements effectively and transform their needs into digital solutions.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
• Completed education in IT or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automation and extending M365/SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way.
• Team-oriented, independent, and reliable personality.
• Very good German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
