Your Responsibilities:
- Commissioning & Installation Professional: Install our industrial products at customer sites throughout Switzerland, ensure proper operation, and conduct training as required.
- Service & Technical Allrounder: Perform service, maintenance, and repair work both at customer locations and in the workshop, managing calibrations, adjustments, qualifications, and certifications independently.
- Support & Coordination Interface: Assist customers and collaborate with internal departments via phone, remote access, and on-site visits. Clarify technical inquiries and prepare relevant information in a structured manner.
- Consulting & Needs Recognizer: Advise customers in your region on our products and services, identify customer needs, and strategically leverage cross-selling opportunities.
- Quality & Documentation Responsible: Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and maintain comprehensive reporting of work performed, including inspection and service protocols.
Your Profile:
- Technical Background & Expertise: Completed technical education in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, polymechanics, or mechatronics, with strong knowledge in electronics, sensors, and control technology.
- Practical & Field Service Mentality: Strong manual skills, an enjoyment of technical work, and a willingness to tackle varied assignments at customer sites.
- Work Style & Mobility: Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic, good PC skills (MS Office), and possession of a category B driver's license; category BE is advantageous.
- Languages: Very good German and good French skills (B2); any additional national language or English is a plus.
