General Purpose

Amer Sports Financial Shared Service is seeking an ambitious Senior Consultant SAP Process Integration. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of connections in common EDI languages (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X.12) and proprietary formats (e.g., XML, CSV). As a member of an international team, you will collaborate with our customers and vendors to integrate processes into our global SAP ERP systems. Leveraging your expertise, you will analyze incoming service requests, take ownership of those requests, and coordinate support activities with the global SAP team when necessary.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Lead the implementation of SAP integration using SAP PI/PO and other tools within the SAP Integration Suite.
• Provide expert guidance to junior consultants and development teams in designing and developing integration scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring the stability and performance of integration solutions.
• Perform system analysis, performance tuning, and optimization to enhance the overall integration process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP integration technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP integration best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science)

Knowledge and Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in designing SAP interface solutions (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI - SAP Cloud Process Integration, SAP backend integration/API).
• Proficient in SAP interface development and programming skills in XSLT and Java.
• Strong capability in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios, with experience in various integration patterns and protocols.
• Advanced level in ABAP development; ABAP OO is an added advantage.
• Proven expertise in SAP PI/PO and formats such as IDOC, EDIFACT, XML, etc.
• Good process knowledge in at least two SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, LE, FI, PP, HR).
• Familiarity with ITIL procedures, particularly processes in incident management.
• Fluent in English.

Years of Experience

At least 5-10 years of experience as an SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant.
