What Will Be Your Tasks

• Design power electronics devices.
• Gather information, document findings, report, and track design improvements while aligning with product strategic plans.
• Contribute innovative ideas to R&D projects and propose follow-up activities based on project outcomes.
• Provide consulting services to business operations, including design for cost, manufacturing, and testing.
• Participate in working teams, assist coworkers, and collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and information.

What You Should Bring With You ⛳️

• A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an Electromechanical degree (FH or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in an electromechanical environment.
• 1-3 years of experience as a work package leader or in a project/product leader role.
• Proficiency in CAD/Creo design.
• A solution-focused approach coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with R&D product development methods, including Agile, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of German preferred.
