How You Can Make an Impact:

• Engage in challenging ServiceNow projects, either as part of a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements.
• Support clients through complex Enterprise Service Management transformations and ServiceNow implementations.
• Work across various industries, particularly in Life Sciences, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and the Public Sector.
• Collaborate with a professional and like-minded international team, managing business development activities, marketing initiatives, and practice development efforts.
• Expand your network by partnering with other divisions within the company or member firms outside of Switzerland.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in leading and planning ServiceNow implementations (including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, IRM, or related modules), with a background in management consulting.
• Proficiency in managing and resolving technical and delivery issues on ServiceNow projects in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Experience in shaping the technical design of ServiceNow solutions while working closely with the client’s technical and enterprise architects.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methods (such as SCRUM).
• Strong technical project management and leadership capabilities, evidenced by managing design and development teams throughout full delivery lifecycles, including financial management.
• Experience collaborating with near-shore and off-shore delivery teams.
