How You Can Make an Impact

• Advise senior technology executives on enterprise technology strategy, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead large-scale, complex IT transformation programs from strategy through to execution.
• Translate business strategies into pragmatic technology roadmaps and architecture principles, shaping the IT function's interaction with the business.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across various Deloitte service lines to lead business development activities and increase our presence in the German-speaking market.

Who We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, emphasizing CIO/IT advisory and comprehensive IT transformations for international and Swiss organizations.
• A proven track record of successfully shaping and delivering complex technology changes.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management skills, including oversight of the full project lifecycle.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable success in business development, including pipeline building, proposal leadership, and managing medium to high-complexity deals.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Based in Zurich, with flexibility to work across Switzerland as needed.
