As the Senior Manager of Procurement Transformation - Indirect Goods & Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing strategies and making critical capital investment decisions across our operations. Collaborating with global stakeholders, you will influence impactful business decisions and generate long-term value through supplier partnerships, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spending across the organization.
  • (Re)shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories, aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Build productive supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, value creation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects.
  • Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the organization.

You Bring

  • Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field.
  • Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives.
  • Analytical thinking and the capability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
  • A collaborative approach with experience working across functions and in international environments.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is an advantage. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is a plus, along with experience in procurement, engineering, or technical categories.
