Join Our Team as a Senior Maintenance Methods Engineer

Are you passionate about industrial maintenance, automation, and continuous improvement in a high-tech environment? We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Methods Engineer for one of our clients, an innovative leader in the in vitro diagnostics sector.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Improve the performance, reliability, and availability of production equipment.
  • Conduct failure analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance methods, maintenance plans, and work instructions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, IVDR).

Desired Profile

  • Engineering degree in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical field.
  • Proven experience in a regulated environment (MedTech, Pharma, Biotech, Diagnostics).
  • Strong skills in automation, robotics, industrial vision, and instrumentation.
  • Good mastery of maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Fluent in French; English skills are an asset.
