Full Stack Developer - Warsaw - Hybrid - German Speaker

Contract Length: 6 months + extensions

Location: Warsaw - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong expertise in modern web technologies and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with TypeScript, Vue.js, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and REST APIs, combined with strong communication skills in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Build modern web solutions using TypeScript, Vue.js, and Ruby on Rails.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices.
• Develop cloud-native applications and enterprise integrations.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to solution design, technical estimations, code reviews, and Agile delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Follow software engineering, security, and coding best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • TypeScript
  • Vue.js
  • Ruby on Rails
  • GraphQL
  • REST APIs & Microservices
  • Cloud-Native Development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English - mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance industry, particularly P&C / General Insurance.
• Experience with insurance technology platforms.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization.
• Previous customer-facing consulting or implementation experience.
