Hiring: SAP Service Coordinator
Location: Warsaw - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
Start: January 2027
Duration: Permanent role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service Coordinator to join our established SAP Center of Excellence. In this vital role, you will play a key part in SAP service delivery across an SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environment, which includes:
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- SAP RISE service & contract coordination
- JIRA Service Management
- SAP Cloud ALM
- License management
- Release & transport coordination
- Service KPIs, escalations & continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP Service Management experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA & RISE
- Proficiency in JIRA Service Management (essential)
- ITIL experience/certification
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills & fluent in English
