Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer with robust experience in production support, cloud platforms, and CI/CD engineering. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-availability environments, adeptly handling incidents and driving automation throughout the DevOps lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous delivery of business-critical platforms within enterprise and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes in accordance with ITIL practices.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions.
- Support application deployments, releases, and hotfix activities.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Manage and support cloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred).
- Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10–13 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Geneos, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or regulated environments.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of data platforms or ETL tools.
- Experience in observability and performance tuning.
- Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps, including:
- Managing and deploying AI/LLM-based applications.
- Working with model monitoring and AI pipelines.
- Understanding AI infrastructure and lifecycle management.
