Your Impact

• Collaborate with key technology executives to translate strategies into efficient IT operating models.
• Support major Swiss and international organizations to enhance their IT functions and technology capabilities while adopting agile practices.
• Contribute to large-scale IT transformation programs and redefine the interaction between IT and business operations.
• Assess IT service requirements, develop customized technology target operating models, and facilitate business access to IT services.

Who We Are Looking For

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, exhibit project management skills, and possess experience in IT process management, business partnering, or organizational development.
• Holds a degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record of managing small engagements or components of larger projects. ITIL or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Has 3+ years of professional experience in technology operating models and IT transformation within a consulting or corporate setting.
• Fluent in English and either French or German, with a willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland; additional French language skills are beneficial.
