Your Mission

Your Tasks

• Project Responsibility & Conception: Lead and support demanding SAP transformation projects in the production environment, focusing on the conception and implementation of SAP S/4HANA (Private & Public Cloud).
• Requirements Engineering: Conduct fit-gap analyses, facilitate workshops with specialist departments, and transform complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Customizing & Implementation: Oversee comprehensive customization of the SAP PP module, including master data management, demand planning (MRP), capacity planning (CRP), and production control (SFC).
• Solution Design: Impress clients with your deep understanding of processes and develop innovative solutions, particularly in the areas of PP/DS in S/4HANA or integration with MES.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration with adjacent SAP modules such as MM, SD, QM, and particularly CO.

Your Profile

• Professional Experience: Several years of practical consulting experience in SAP PP, ideally within discrete manufacturing sectors such as machinery and plant engineering or automotive.
• Project Know-How: Have successfully supported full-lifecycle SAP implementations, ideally in S/4HANA.
• S/4HANA Expertise: Familiarity with the S/4HANA Simplification List in the manufacturing area and comfort with concepts such as SAP Best Practices and SAP Activate.
• Technological Understanding: Capable of conducting error analyses through debugging and reading ABAP code, and specifying RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Communication Skills: Proficient in German (minimum level B2) and possess strong written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integration knowledge with SAP EWM (Warehouse Management) or QM (Quality Management) is advantageous.
