About the Role

As a Senior Consultant/Manager at Deloitte, you will be part of our Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, helping organizations develop strategies and implement systems that enhance business value and drive performance. Leveraging our extensive knowledge and experience gained from working on some of the most complex IT projects globally, we are in search of a candidate with a background in IT infrastructure who can provide a technical perspective on IT strategy, operating model design, IT architecture, IT business management, IT agility advisory, and IT M&A projects. How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with client technology executives to transform their visions into effective IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, utilizing your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Advise and oversee the development of IT infrastructure that aligns with our clients' needs, drawing on your knowledge and our international network of experts.
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions and coordinate teams across various areas of expertise.
• Serve as a key facilitator between business and IT to drive meaningful change for our clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, coupled with a proven track record in managing small engagements or parts of larger projects related to IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ownership and motivation to face challenges, with a passion for IT infrastructure and related technologies, driving a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is an asset, along with a willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland).
• Previous experience as a management consultant is a plus.
