Your Responsibilities
Join a dynamic team where your expertise will shape the future of cloud technology. You will work at the forefront of innovation, taking on diverse and impactful tasks that truly make a difference:
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and our private cloud following best practices.
- Conceive, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters (both AKS and self-managed).
- Ensure the security of the cloud platform through policies, compliance checks, encryption, and secure workload isolation.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to define best practices for cloud and containers.
- Share responsibility for our Azure DevOps organizations and manage the administration of our Azure DevOps projects.
- Provide qualified 2nd and 3rd level support and take on the role of an engineer on call.
- Train development teams and members of the cloud platform team.
Your Profile

- You hold a degree in Computer Science or have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- You exhibit initiative, love innovation and improvements, and can drive topics forward both independently and collaboratively.
- You have practical experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in Azure (4+ years) with a solid understanding of Azure networking concepts.
- You possess hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (implementation, design, orchestration) and can automate tasks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- You have experience in managing Kubernetes platforms and a good understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- You are skilled at troubleshooting complex issues across all levels, including networking, operating systems, Kubernetes, and middleware.
- You communicate clearly and possess strong language skills in German or French as well as good English proficiency.
