Job Title: Senior Channel Partner Manager
As a Senior Channel Partner Manager, you will proactively contribute to building, driving, and expanding an effective channel partner network, along with a global channel partner program. This role is crucial in enhancing our market reach, accelerating market penetration, and ultimately improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to identify the essential elements of an advanced Channel Partner program framework.
- Devise, deploy, and maintain a structured, coherent Group-wide 'end-to-end process' for Channel Partner Management.
- Outline methodologies, detailed steps, procedures, and measurements for recruiting, onboarding, developing, reviewing, managing, and offboarding channel partners at Bühler.
- Engage and interact regularly with stakeholders across regions, business units, and departments.
- Serve as Deputy Head of Group Channel Partner Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in managing channel partners in a B2B environment, preferably within the mechanical engineering or plant building industry, along with team-leading or department-leading experience.
- Proficient in devising 'Go-to-Market' and 'Route-to-Market' strategies, particularly focused on indirect sales channels.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ability to network, complemented by excellent communication skills in English.
