Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audits across IFRS, US GAAP, and Lux GAAP for a prominent private equity client, ensuring full compliance throughout every engagement phase.

Coordinate with international and shared service teams across Europe, the USA, APAC, and other regions, fostering seamless collaboration and clear communication.

Your Skill Set

• Solid expertise in IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards, including hands-on experience with large, listed multinational clients.
• 3-4 years of experience managing and supporting complex, cross-border audit engagements end-to-end in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders effectively and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Coaching and team development competence, with the ability to guide team members in a global audit context.
