We offer a position as a Senior Architect with long-term career prospects within our architecture department. This role focuses on designing laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on high-quality architectural design. Your responsibilities will encompass all tasks across project phases 1-5 in accordance with SIA standards.

Explore Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to architectural design for complex laboratory and production facilities
• Manage and execute projects across SIA phases 1-5
• Develop design concepts that integrate technical and regulatory requirements into high-quality architecture
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Show Your Expertise

• Master of Science in Architecture (Switzerland or equivalent) and 5-7 years of professional experience in the Swiss market
• Ideally, experience in the design of pharmaceutical and/or biotech facilities
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit, along with strong knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations
• Ability to visually present and clearly communicate results according to project phases
• Creative, team-oriented, with a quick grasp of complex topics and the ability to distill key information
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Strong customer focus, ability to inspire, and confident stakeholder management, including leadership skills in client interactions
• Fluent in German, English, and French, with a passion for translating complex technical requirements into identity-defining architecture
