About the Role

Our client is an international manufacturer in the luxury industry seeking a Physical Security Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting international standards for boutiques and events, focusing on the organization of security matters. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will manage physical security projects, coordinate events, and support the implementation and monitoring of global security actions.

Work Tasks

• Drive and monitor security reinforcement actions across boutiques
• Manage the logistics and tracking of high-value corporate assets
• Contribute to drafting group security standards and methodologies
• Plan and support security control centers during major brand events
• Ensure day-to-day operational coordination for security projects
• Facilitate change management and security awareness within internal teams

We Are Looking For

• Prior experience in project management
• Basic to advanced knowledge in security
• Proficiency in Excel and other Office tools
• Fluency in both French and English
• Availability for at least 3 months
• A proactive, analytical, and professional attitude, with a preference for team environments
