SCRUM Master/Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

For our esteemed international client, we are seeking an experienced SCRUM Master/Agile Coach/Delivery Manager. This role is essential in driving the agile transformation across the business and coaching teams on agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SCRUM Master and Agile Coach.
• Serve as Delivery Manager across two teams.
• Lead multiple agile teams comprising approximately 15 individuals.
• Support Agile teams with task prioritization and work planning.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Communicate actively with IT and business stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams.
• Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility best practices.
• Provide best practice advice on agile methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of project experience as a SCRUM Master.
• Experience in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
• Proven background as a Delivery Manager.
• Experience leading multiple agile teams (approximately 15 or more).
• Project experience in agile transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile technical practices aimed at enhancing development speed and quality.
• Experience with various Agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, Spotify Model, or LeSS.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Certifications (CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC) are considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Project Details:

• Start: December
• Duration: 2 months (with option to extend for long-term assignment)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Primarily remote, with some onsite work for workshops in Germany required quarterly.
• Languages: Fluency in English
