* Leading innovative research projects focused on next-generation battery materials and interfaces
* Developing and implementing advanced physical, electrochemical, and operando characterization methods for battery materials and devices
* Establishing and leading national and international research collaborations with academic institutions, research organizations, and industrial partners
* Publishing scientific results in leading peer-reviewed journals and presenting research at international conferences
* Contributing to the strategic development of the group, including new research initiatives, laboratory infrastructure, and experimental capabilities
* Mentoring and supervising PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and junior scientists, fostering their scientific and professional development
