Senior SAP CO Lead Consultant | S/4HANA Transformation | France (Remote)

Are you ready to take ownership of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation for a global manufacturing powerhouse? We are collaborating with a leading international chemicals organization that is embarking on a significant migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA across 36 entities worldwide. As part of this strategic program, we seek a highly experienced SAP CO Lead Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of the Controlling workstream.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be at the forefront of a global finance transformation, redesigning cost center management, fixed-cost budgeting, and allocation processes while introducing modern S/4HANA capabilities and Fiori applications. This is a highly visible position where you will work directly with finance stakeholders, SAP experts, and development teams to ensure a successful rollout across Europe, Asia, and North America.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the SAP CO workstream within a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Design and configure SAP CO solutions, including cost center accounting, fixed cost management, and allocation processes.
• Drive testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Act as the key SAP CO advisor to Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with business users to define future-state processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive SAP CO expertise, ideally gained over 15-20+ years.
• Proven hands-on S/4HANA configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and migration projects.
• Experience with Fiori applications and modern finance processes.
• Deep understanding of Management Accounting and Controlling.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Fluent French and English communication skills.

Contract Details

• Location: Remote anywhere in France
• Occasional travel: To Paris or Lyon
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: Initial 12-month contract
