Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) Consultant
We are seeking an experienced AVI Consultant to support injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing in the northern region of France. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize inspection recipes and vision algorithms.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Troubleshoot inspection issues and reduce false rejects while maintaining reliable defect detection.
- Ensure GMP compliance and collaborate closely with Quality, Validation, and Operations teams.
Your Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical engineering experience, with strong expertise in automated visual inspection for injectable products.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Brevetti, Syntegon, Seidenader, Eisai, or Körber.
- Knowledge of vision software such as HALCON or Cognex, along with relevant GMP requirements.
