Job Opportunity: SAP TM Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Lead Consultant to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide professional and conceptual support for the implementation of SAP Transportation Management (TM) within an established S/4HANA environment, which already includes a decentralized EWM system. Our focus is on standard processes and a fit-to-standard approach to minimize custom developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and conceptual consulting for SAP TM implementation.
• Analyze and design TM processes with a strong emphasis on SAP standard processes.
• Conduct fit-to-standard analyses and develop appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate integration with the existing decentralized EWM system.
• Manage workshops with departments and project teams, providing professional support.
• Consult stakeholders regarding SAP TM and SCM processes.
• Support all project phases including conception, implementation, and testing.
• Take a lead role in the area of SAP TM.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP TM / SAP SCM TP/VS.
• Proven consulting experience with strong consulting skills.
• Experience implementing SAP TM in an S/4HANA environment.
• Familiarity with the integration of SAP TM and decentralized EWM.
• In-depth understanding of standard processes and fit-to-standard methodologies.
• Ability to critically assess custom developments and promote the use of SAP standard solutions.
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and moderation skills.

Project Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 2+ months, potentially extending until the end of 2027
• Workload: 4 to 5 days per week / approximately 95% remote
• Onsite: 2-3 workshops on-site
• Location: Remote / occasional on-site workshops
