Sales Manager - Semiconductor & Microelectronics

Proclinical is seeking a Sales Manager to support the semiconductor and microelectronics manufacturing sector across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this exciting role, you will collaborate with leading companies in the industry, providing advanced contamination monitoring solutions that enhance yield quality and optimize production performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded sales professional to take ownership of a vibrant territory and cultivate strong relationships with high-value customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, across the DACH region.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders, including process and quality engineers, as well as commercial decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate advanced particle counting and contamination monitoring equipment to customers.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences within the semiconductor and cleanroom sectors.
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Actively contribute to the growth and presence of the business in the DACH semiconductor market.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales and negotiation, ideally within semiconductors, microelectronics, or a related technical field.
• Fluency in both German and English to effectively cover the DACH region.
• Strong ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting, and detail-oriented approach to managing responsibilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Understanding of cleanroom environments and contamination control is a plus.

Salary

€80,000 to €100,000 per annum.
