As the Sales Director for Cyber Security, you will lead and inspire a dynamic sales team while shaping the future of our cybersecurity business in Switzerland. Your role involves cultivating strategic relationships with corporations, governmental bodies, and various organizations. You will position industry-leading security solutions and play a crucial role in fostering your team’s development. By collaborating closely with international teams, you will drive sustainable growth and assume significant entrepreneurial responsibility.

• Several years of experience in selling cybersecurity or SaaS solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong ability to cultivate customer relationships and collaborate with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation.
• A natural ability to motivate and develop team members.

Your Future Salary

Approximately CHF 260,000 to CHF 340,000 (OTE)
