Job Description
- Contact private and professional clients to present Swisscom's offerings.
- Advise and guide clients towards solutions tailored to their needs.
- Ensure quality customer follow-up and contribute to their satisfaction.
- Achieve sales objectives with a spirit of service and performance.
We Expect
- Proven experience in sales or customer consulting (minimum 2 years).
- Comfortable with phone contact and negotiation.
- Proficiency in French (minimum C1 level).
- Good knowledge of a second language (minimum B2 level): English, German, or Italian.
- Team spirit, dynamism, and results orientation.
