Your Future Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to determine essential skills and aptitudes for job specifications.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and selection.
  • Oversee requests for proposals and adhere to the recruitment budget.
  • Identify and evaluate professional projects, providing personalized advice to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the evaluation and hiring process of potential collaborators.
  • Act as an ambassador for our company, championing our values and principles.

Your Profile

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction, electrical, industrial, or related technical fields.
  • Understanding of the local job market specifics.
  • A passion for your work, whether you hold a degree or are self-taught.
  • Competitive spirit, enhancing personal performance and teamwork.
  • Proficient in French with excellent writing skills.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with common computer tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a sense of initiative.
  • Ability to manage emergencies and prioritize tasks effectively.
