Your Future Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting construction plans.
- Managing a team of 10 to 15 individuals.
- Overseeing materials management, preparation, and control of construction sites.
- Preparing comprehensive site reports.
- Ensuring quality execution of work on-site.
- Advising clients on site-related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with current safety standards.
Your Profile
- Training as a team leader or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
- Fluency in the French language.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a driver's license - mandatory.
- Living within 1 hour and 15 minutes of Neuchâtel or willingness to relocate.
- At least 3 years of confirmed work experience in Switzerland.
