Your Role

- Preparing for arrivals, handling check-ins and check-outs for both individual guests and groups.
- Managing last-minute bookings and responding to guest inquiries via phone or in-person.
- Collecting and sharing guest feedback, complaints, or remarks to help improve the guest experience.
- Handling payments, maintaining the accuracy of your cash register, and ensuring all accounts are up to date.
- Showcasing the various amenities and offerings at Mama Shelter, including our shop, restaurant, and events.
- Writing useful tips and local recommendations creatively on the mirrors of each floor and elevator.
