Position: Receptionist

Expected Entry Date: 1 December 2025
Activity Rate: 70% (Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
Note: Working hours may vary depending on replacement requirements.

As a member of our reception team at the Geneva office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring every client or visitor receives a warm, professional, and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the reception desk and waiting areas
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Coordinating client and visitor arrivals, as well as hospitality services, including refreshments and catering support for events
  • Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized reception area
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings, anticipating needs, and providing timely assistance
  • Delivering various corporate services to our staff members (taxi booking, e-bike loan, parking space management, etc.)
  • Supporting mail handling, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks as required

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma, preferably from a hotel management school
  • A successful track record in reception in a demanding environment and/or in banquet organization
  • French mother tongue (or at least C1 level) with a good command of written and spoken English (B2 minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with new technologies, particularly video conferencing

In addition, applicants should demonstrate the following skills:

  • A strong sense of service and flexibility
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work
  • The ability to identify and manage priorities while working independently
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team
