For our Geneva office, we are currently seeking a:
Receptionist
Expected Entry Date: 1 December 2025
Activity Rate: 70% (Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
Working hours are subject to possible variations based on replacement requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring that every client or visitor receives a professional, warm, and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reception desk and waiting areas
- Handling incoming calls
- Coordinating client and visitor arrivals, as well as hospitality services, including refreshments, catering requests, and support for events
- Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized reception area
- Overseeing meeting room bookings, anticipating needs, and providing timely assistance
- Providing diverse corporate services to our staff members (taxi bookings, e-bike loans, parking space management, etc.)
- Supporting mail handling, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks as required
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma, particularly from a hotel management school
- A successful first experience in reception in a demanding environment and/or in banquet organization
- French mother tongue (or at least C1 level) with a good level of written and spoken English (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with new technologies (especially video conferencing)
