Your Future Role
This position merges fundamental and quantitative research, translating supply and demand analysis into actionable trading opportunities. You will also be involved in modeling, dashboard development, and trade execution.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Creating high-quality predictive signals.
- Leveraging access to large and diversified datasets to identify statistical patterns and opportunities.
- Sharing and discussing research results, methodologies, datasets, and processes with fellow researchers.
- Implementing signals and relevant datasets within the global execution platform.
- Monitoring signal behavior and model performance over time.
- Leading the full strategy research cycle from signal generation to implementation.
Your Present Skillset
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, or AI techniques.
- Proficiency in major Asian languages is desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Coding skills in at least one leading programming language (Python, R, Matlab, C++, or C#).
- Experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity to explore new datasets, solve complex problems, drive innovative processes, and connect various fields.
- Capacity to work autonomously within a collegial and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technologists, data scientists, and traders globally.
- Proven track record in delivering successful systematic strategies.
