Your Tasks

  • Plan and ensure an effective Management System in accordance with relevant requirements published by the appropriate National Aviation Authorities and other International Standards, such as EN 9110, ICAO, ISO 17025, EN 4179.
  • Ensure the compliance of the Management System through safety and compliance audits in accordance with the SR Technics Group Audit plan.
  • Support the business units in the closed-loop process for safety, compliance, and quality-related findings, hazards, and escapes to develop effective preventive action plans.
  • Monitor safety and compliance standards to identify gaps and initiate effective preventive actions, ensuring the earliest possible escalation of deviations.
  • Continuously develop the Management Systems, promoting compliance and safety culture through communication channels and trainings.
  • Liaise with authorities, customers, suppliers, and business units on safety, compliance, and audit matters.
  • Administer the safety and audit database (Q-Pulse) to constantly improve the audit program, related checklists, and data trend analyses.

Your Profile

  • Technical degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, preferably EASA continuing airworthiness, with advanced experience in compliance audits.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Q-Pulse is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
