Quality Engineering Specialist
Our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical CAPEX projects sector, is seeking a Quality Engineering Specialist to join their team in Stein, Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality-related responsibilities for daily qualification activities pertaining to technical facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Facilitate coordination meetings across various departments related to deliverables and activities during the project initiation phase.
- Assess and approve User Requirement Specifications, Technical Specifications, P&IDs, and Risk Assessments.
- Evaluate and approve design documents.
- Approve relevant qualification documents.
- Actively contribute to the formulation and further development of qualification strategies.
- Inform the Global Engineering Front End Group of significant developments and trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid working/residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
- Experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility design or related projects.
- Expertise in QA Qualification and Engineering.
- Familiarity with Facility Design concepts.
- Understanding of CAPEX project initiation processes.
- A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team toward a common goal.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Beneficial Skills:
- Experience in risk analysis.
- Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Kneat is advantageous.
- Independent, proactive, and pragmatic mindset.
